About the role
IPDEV is looking for a finance‑and‑operations professional to join its team in Antananarivo. The role will support financial reporting, treasury, compliance and fund‑operation activities, working closely with the investment, finance and administration teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial reporting and assist with accounting, treasury and audit processes.
- Support compliance, governance and operational reporting for IPDEV and its funds.
- Collaborate with investment and finance teams on portfolio monitoring and fundraising‑related activities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, audit or a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional communication skills in both French and English.
