Part-Time Remote Psychotherapist (Contract)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking licensed psychotherapists in Madagascar to join its provider network on a part‑time, contract basis. You will deliver evidence‑based mental‑health care through a tech‑enabled telehealth platform, helping employees access timely treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions to adults (and optionally children, adolescents, couples, or families) using evidence‑based approaches.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s clinical care navigation, provider support, and administrative teams as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care while adhering to diversity and inclusion values.
• Conduct safety planning and intervene when clients present higher risk situations.

Required profile

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling/psychology in Madagascar.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Fluency in Malagasy and comfort with telehealth technology.
• Commitment to high‑quality clinical care and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to conduct safety planning and risk assessment.
