Product UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product UX/UI Designer to join our product team and shape mobile transactional experiences for a leading African telecom and fintech group. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create scalable, user‑centric mobile interfaces across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user needs, product challenges, and business constraints to design intuitive journeys.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Plan and conduct user testing sessions, build feedback frameworks, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Produce high‑quality mobile UI mockups while respecting existing design standards.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across products and regions.
• Collaborate with developers on feasibility, technical constraints, and design‑to‑code workflows.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate design production and maintain quality.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proven experience designing mobile applications or evolving digital products.
• Background in product companies, startups, agencies, or software factories; telecom or super‑app experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• AI‑enhanced design tools.
