About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) to lead our finance, accounting and administrative functions in Antananarivo. The successful candidate will support the General Management and ensure robust financial control across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, accounting, and tax compliance.
- Manage treasury operations and conduct management control.
- Direct administrative processes, organizational structure and overall management.
- Provide strategic advice and support to the General Management.
- Lead debt collection activities.
- Handle human resources management, including recruitment and staff administration.
Required profile
- Master’s level education (Bac+5) in finance, accounting, management, audit or a business school; DSCG or Master in Finance is a plus.
- Significant experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector is considered an advantage.
