Lead global outbound logistics for PET resin and sheet exports, overseeing strategy, execution, systems, governance and continuous improvement across sea, road and inland trade lanes. Manage a team of 9 logistics professionals and coordinate ~40,000 export containers annually to 75+ countries, including 4,500+ GCC road shipments. Implemented SAP DMS, WMS and enhanced TMS, establishing SOPs, KPIs and dashboards that generated USD 250K+ annual savings and 800 man‑hours saved. Negotiated carrier contracts and optimized routing, delivering USD 1.2M in logistics cost reductions and improving OTIF performance. Directed a one‑year end‑to‑end integration project with Maersk Logistics, achieving full system go‑live and standardized SOPs.
