Drive product development in an R&D environment, continuously improving hardware designs and firmware performance and reliability. Select and validate circuit solutions, develop embedded firmware, and test prototypes, optimizing code to achieve stable, error‑free results. Design compact two‑layer PCBs, custom cables, and electronic modules while meeting strict mechanical and packaging constraints. Prepare schematics, Gerber files, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation, and manage the full manufacturing and assembly process in coordination with mechanical and optical teams. Conduct field testing, respond to technical inquiries, and implement modifications based on customer feedback to ensure final products meet quality standards.
