Consultant en communication et capitalisation (temps partiel)

About the role

HMRI Consulting is seeking a part‑time Consultant in Communication and Capitalisation to join its team in Madagascar. The role focuses on capturing, analysing and disseminating lessons learned from projects to support transparent governance and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and format project information to produce capitalisation documents such as reports, briefs, case studies and communication materials.
• Contribute to the design of communication strategies and create content (articles, briefs, presentations) for diverse audiences.
• Work closely with project teams to identify best practices, structure lessons learned and ensure their internal and external diffusion.
• Organise workshops, restitution sessions and visibility actions to showcase HMRI Consulting’s results.

Required profile

• Excellent written French skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Experience in qualitative data collection, analysis and knowledge‑management documentation.
• Proficiency in survey techniques (interviews, focus groups) and development of monitoring/evaluation tools.
• Autonomous, initiative‑driven and comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary partners (civil‑society organisations, public institutions, private sector).
• Higher education in communication, social sciences, project management or a related field; knowledge of governance and transparency issues is a plus.
