Performance Media Specialist

About the role

The Performance Media Specialist drives end‑to‑end delivery of paid digital campaigns for AXIAN Digibank & Fintech markets. You will translate business objectives into actionable briefs, coordinate agencies and internal teams, and turn data into optimisation actions to ensure disciplined execution and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into clear briefs, develop media plans and maintain a regional campaign calendar.
• Secure approvals, funding, creatives, landing pages, audiences and tracking before launch; coordinate setup and document launches.
• Monitor spend, pacing and performance against KPIs; recommend and track optimisation actions.
• Validate conversion events, pixels, SDKs, deep links, UTMs and platform integrations; resolve attribution gaps.
• Produce weekly, monthly and post‑campaign reports, explain trends and deliver concise insights.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and ensure quality deliverables.
• Track budgets, payments, platform balances, purchase orders and invoicing risks; document learnings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital campaign operations or media agency management, preferably across multiple markets or app‑based businesses.

Required skills

• Conversion tracking (pixels, SDKs, UTMs) and data validation.
• Campaign performance monitoring and optimisation.
• Budget tracking and financial governance for media spend.
