Remote Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing initiatives that promote Covenantum Talent’s brand, services, and opportunities. This full‑time remote position works closely with sales, recruitment, and internal teams to drive lead generation and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule digital campaigns across email, social media, and web channels.
• Create and adapt marketing content for newsletters, posts, and website pages.
• Support sales and recruitment teams with presentations, pitch decks, and nurturing materials.
• Plan and organise online events such as webinars, virtual career fairs, and client‑focused sessions.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and maintain marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, on‑brand communication.
• Research market trends and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and writing abilities for clear, engaging, on‑brand content.
• Experience supporting sales or business development with marketing collateral.
• Strong event planning and project management skills for virtual and occasional in‑person events.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or talent/recruitment marketing is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using social media management tools.
• Basic analytics dashboard usage for performance tracking.
