Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build our partner network from the ground up in Madagascar. The role is field‑first, meaning you will spend the majority of your time meeting fleet owners and partners face‑to‑face, driving growth through new relationships rather than managing existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard fleet partners, guiding them from first contact to live operation.
• Build long‑term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators and independent vehicle owners.
• Manage supply quality and volume in the local market by tracking key metrics, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements.
• Develop new acquisition channels, including distribution and logistics networks.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute to shaping the market strategy.

Required profile

• Background in acquisition, business development, sales or partnerships.
• Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of counterparts.
• Result‑driven with genuine interest in the challenge.
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
