About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join an international team that delivers a wide range of services across multiple markets. The role focuses on providing timely, accurate assistance to customers through various communication channels while gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and accuracy.
• Make outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners to resolve issues and share updates.
• Document feature requests and effective workarounds, sharing them with internal teams.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing departments.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping and communicating with people.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malagasy and French, with the ability to write quickly and accurately.
