Cluster Marketing and Communication Executive

About the role

The Cluster Marketing and Communication Executive will support and execute the marketing and communications strategy for Radisson's three‑hotel cluster in Antananarivo. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing, Communications & Development, you will drive brand visibility, guest engagement and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the cluster’s marketing and communications strategy and translate it into actionable projects.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of PR initiatives, media relations, press visits and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing content, visuals and communication materials, ensuring compliance with Radisson brand standards.
• Manage partnerships, negotiate deliverables with suppliers and agencies, and oversee trade‑marketing activities.
• Maintain and update the brand website, drive digital campaigns and monitor online performance.
• Track project budgets, monitor expenses and report on return‑on‑investment.

Required profile

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or brand management, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Required skills

• Experience in media relations, press release writing and influencer coordination.
• Knowledge of brand standards compliance and content creation processes.
• Familiarity with digital campaign management and website content updates.
