About the role
The accountant will ensure reliable financial and accounting operations, maintain accurate bookkeeping records, and support financial reporting and compliance within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day accounting entries, manage the general ledger and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Handle vendor and client reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations, social contributions and regulatory reports on time.
- Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal control procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a regulated financial institution, bank or audit firm.
- Fluent in French with strong analytical mindset, rigor and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Strong mastery of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency with financial software.
