After‑Sales Manager

About the role

Sun King is seeking an After‑Sales Manager to lead its after‑sales operations in Madagascar. The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality service, managing warranties and spare parts, and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee after‑sales service management, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, warranty claims and service requests.
• Monitor and improve service turnaround times (TAT) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead, mentor and train after‑sales executives, technicians and support staff.
• Manage warranty administration and spare‑parts inventory, coordinating procurement with internal and external partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, handling escalations and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align systems and develop efficient processes.
• Define and execute strategic plans to maximise efficiency and profitability of the service department.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify bottlenecks and implement optimisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; top marks from a recognised university.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in after‑sales service support within electronic consumer goods, renewable energy or mobile industries.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering customer‑focused results.
