AI Enablement Lead – London

About the role

This senior position will lead the newly created AI function for a leading UK private bank. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will shape AI adoption across the organisation, turning emerging capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate AI discovery workshops with business stakeholders to surface high‑value opportunities.
• Define, prioritise and manage a central portfolio of AI initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into AI‑enabled products, workflows and operating‑model improvements.
• Build business cases with clear value frameworks and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, data and architecture teams to create delivery roadmaps and bring solutions to production.
• Drive AI adoption across functions, monitor uptake and track realised benefits.
• Support AI governance, responsible AI practices and risk frameworks.
• Stay abreast of Generative AI, AI agents and large language models to identify productivity and customer‑experience gains.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI product, transformation or enablement programmes in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs and emerging technologies.
• Track record delivering AI‑enabled solutions from discovery through to adoption.
• Ability to build AI roadmaps, prioritise opportunities and measure business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence with senior leaders.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data‑science and architecture teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI and regulatory risk management.
