Assistant Comptable – Comptabilité Française

About the role

Ryze is looking for a motivated Assistant Accountant to support its French accounting activities. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to develop practical skills in VAT, balance‑sheet preparation, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file French VAT declarations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accounting records using Sage, Pennylane and Tiime.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with French tax regulations.
• Support the preparation of tax bundles (liasses) and other statutory reports.

Required profile

• Holder of a Baccalauréat +5 degree in Management, Finance or a related field.
• Beginner level accepted; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong sense of autonomy, teamwork, rigor and adaptability.

Required skills

• Sage accounting software.
• Pennylane accounting platform.
• Tiime accounting tool.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
