Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing marketing services business in Rotherham. You will work closely with marketing decision‑makers to open doors, build relationships and secure new client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marketing, branding and creative sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach and LinkedIn activity.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, both virtual and in‑person.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Use CRM systems to track leads, activities and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business sales.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organised.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms.
• Willing to leverage LinkedIn and digital engagement for prospecting.
