Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment for the programme.
• Compile evidence, synthesize data, and prepare dashboards and performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (asset).
