Fuel Supply Planner – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Fuel Supply Planner is responsible for planning and executing all fuel product movements across the national depot network, ensuring that fuel is available where and when needed while maintaining supply reliability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stock movements: reconcile inventory and shipping data, track receipts, plan and execute depot‑to‑depot transfers, and keep systems accurately updated.
• Coordinate borrow/loan and exchange requests and track reimbursements.
• Oversee importation and shipping activities, reconciling bulk volumes against finance records and managing import logistics in the ASPECT system.
• Support S&OP processes by compiling and analysing fuel KPIs, flagging supply risks, and building projections with the Supply Manager.
• Review and verify supply, freight, and service invoices for accuracy before payment.
• Assist vessel vetting to ensure incoming vessels meet safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in oil depot operations and petroleum supply‑chain logistics.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage crises with agility and collaborate across functions.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI for data and financial analytics.
