About the role

Onja is seeking a motivated Fundraising Officer to help secure financial support for its mission of training under‑privileged youth into world‑class software developers. You will work closely with the team to identify and obtain grant funding that enables the expansion of the training program.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential foundations, grant programmes and funding opportunities aligned with Onja’s social impact goals.
• Evaluate the suitability and eligibility of each grant source.
• Draft compelling grant proposals and supporting documentation.
• Manage reporting requirements and maintain accurate records of funded projects.
