Human Resources Officer (NOB)

About the role

The Human Resources Officer (NOB) will support WFP Madagascar’s transformation by leading talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. Reporting to the Head of HR, the officer will ensure timely recruitment of qualified staff and contribute to workforce development, succession planning, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all vacancy levels.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers on staffing and performance matters.
• Support employee development programmes, succession planning and capability building.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of talent management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with WFP policies and procedures.
