IT Project Manager – Methodology & Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead methodology and quality coordination across our projects. You will train, support, and coach teams on CAPTIVEA’s project methodology, ensuring consistent compliance and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Train, support, and coach project teams on the company’s methodology.
• Monitor daily compliance with the methodology across all active projects.
• Conduct project reviews, generate accurate reports, and interpret data from the automated tracking system.
• Identify and explain any data discrepancies.
• Participate in internal quality surveys, validating phase compliance and client approvals.
• Report anomalies, deviations, or critical issues to the Director of Quality and ERP Knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting or software integration environment.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Proven ability to apply and enforce project methodology rigorously.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and observational skills.
• Structured, objective thinking with a proactive mindset.
