Medical Representative – Clinical Services & Patient Advocacy

About the role

Remedazo is seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to act as the face of the company within Madagascar’s medical community. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to facilitate patient journeys for specialised care abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Engage physicians, surgeons and hospital administrators to promote Remedazo’s patient‑care packages.
• Identify and onboard new clinical partners and diagnostic centres to expand the service network.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clinical referrals, clearly communicating the all‑inclusive value proposition.
• Monitor healthcare trends, competitor offerings and pricing in medical tourism.
• Represent Remedazo at conferences, CMEs and seminars to showcase the company’s track record.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and referral pipelines using internal reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or Healthcare Management (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales or hospital marketing.
• Fluent in English and French with strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Madagascar and occasionally to nearby medical hubs and India.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, especially oncology, haematology, spine and joint surgery.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• Empathetic, patient‑centric mindset.
