Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the contract and procurement processes across the country, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient sourcing of goods and services that support the company's strategic objectives and the Country Business Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category‑specific procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead sourcing activities, conduct market analysis, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify needs, create purchasing plans, and provide procurement expertise on key projects.
• Facilitate implementation of global contracts, oversee contract compliance, and support contract holders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Engineer’s degree or Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in category management, supplier negotiation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and cost‑driver analyses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
