Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers, designers and founders to understand workflows and translate problems into product solutions.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features using React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI, from prototype to production.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that synchronize reservations, trigger cleaning, send guest communications and generate owner reports.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google services.
• Monitor performance, collect user feedback and iterate to improve adoption, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to work closely with customers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, shipped solutions.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and own outcomes.
