Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong C# and .NET expertise to design, build and operate high‑reliability, high‑scale systems that support critical infrastructure. The role offers hybrid working and full ownership of complex backlog items from design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Own complex backlog items from design to production deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code following strong engineering standards.
• Contribute to technical direction and best‑practice adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering leadership.
• Ensure systems are observable, testable and production‑ready.

Required profile

• Significant experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build scalable applications in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of Test‑Driven Development and software quality practices.
• Comfortable working in CI/CD‑driven pipelines.
• Experience across system design, implementation and production support.
• Motivation to build robust systems rather than focus on feature churn.
