SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for our remote team. The role focuses on improving search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing advertising spend to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, content, and landing pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
