Speech Specialist – RP Accent Trainer

About the role

Onja is seeking a Speech Specialist to help its students master the Received Pronunciation (RP) accent, a key skill for professional success in the global tech industry. The role involves designing course material and providing one‑on‑one coaching to ensure learners achieve clear, confident speech.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve the RP speech curriculum, including syllabus, progress tracking and assessment tools.
• Create instructional materials such as video lessons, audio exercises, books, flashcards and other resources.
• Conduct regular assessments of students’ speech, deliver feedback and recommendations, and monitor progress.
• Provide targeted speech training sessions for current developers, ensuring ongoing evaluation and improvement.

Required profile

• Strong command of the RP accent and ability to model it for learners.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
