Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. We are seeking a qualified expert to support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions, outreach activities and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders and coordinate outreach activities within the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Organise and manage institutional events, innovation competitions and challenges.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking between partners and private sector actors.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or institutional communication.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting institutional events, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking.
