Video Editor – Create Engaging Content for AI SaaS

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for a talented Video Editor to bring its AI‑driven short‑term rental platform to life. You will turn raw footage, product recordings, and founder interviews into compelling launch films, social clips, and paid ads that capture attention and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films, blending storytelling, demos, and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with powerful hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with variations in openings, messaging, and calls‑to‑action.
• Integrate screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production: footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions, and final exports.
• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs) to generate visuals, voiceovers, and other assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and optimise content using performance data.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape concise, compelling narratives.
• Independent work style, meets deadlines, and responds well to direct feedback.
• Comfort with balancing speed and quality, paying attention to polish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs.
