Bilingual Customer Service & Vendor Prequalifier (French) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual French‑English professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative and Vendor Prequalifier. In this hybrid position you will handle inbound customer calls, qualify new vendors, and schedule appointments while ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from French‑speaking customers, assess needs, and complete service intake.
• Gather, verify, and document customer and property information.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Contact French‑speaking vendors by phone and email to introduce partnership opportunities.
• Conduct pre‑qualification interviews, collect required documentation, and guide vendors through onboarding.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑up meetings with qualified vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customers and vendors, updating notes and workflow statuses promptly.
• Escalate complex issues, compliance questions, or eligibility concerns to the appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette, empathy, and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence when handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
