Bilingual French/English Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist fluent in French and English to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is helpful, friendly, and solution‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Personalize each interaction to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to refine service processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
• Previous bilingual support experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
