Bilingual Sales Manager – Remote (Canada Hours)

About the role

Crystal Cleaning is looking for an experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to lead a small sales team remotely while working on Canadian business hours. The role combines high‑value sales generation with coaching, performance tracking, and strategic process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close high‑value sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Supervise daily sales activities of team members Tim, Andre, and Jessica.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve individual and overall performance.
• Track and analyse daily and weekly sales KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one and team meetings to review results, provide feedback, and set objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance sales culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with company leadership to optimise sales processes and support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous management or sales‑leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales KPIs.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
• Comfortable working remotely while being available during Canadian business hours.
