Business Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Sales Manager to build our partner network from the ground up in Madagascar. This field‑first position requires you to spend most of your time meeting fleet owners and partners face‑to‑face, rather than working behind a desk. If you thrive on connecting with people on the ground and enjoy creating new business opportunities, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard fleet partners, guiding them from first contact to live operation.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators and independent vehicle owners.
• Manage supply quality and volume, track key metrics, identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Create new acquisition channels through distribution and logistics networks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape market strategy.

Required profile

• Background in acquisition, business development, sales or partnerships.
• Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of counterparts.
• Result‑driven mindset with genuine interest in the challenge.
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
