Co-Founder

About the role

We are looking for a co‑founder to lead finance, regulation and partnership functions for Tisndai, a fintech enabling the Malagasy diaspora to exchange euros and ariary without cross‑border cash movement.

Key responsibilities

• Secure licensing, compliance and AML frameworks for the platform.
• Build and manage relationships with licensed partners and liquidity providers.
• Lead financial strategy, reporting and fundraising efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or regulatory compliance (licensing, AML, partnerships).
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑growing startups and drive results quickly.
• Fluent English; French or Malagasy a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial regulations and licensing processes.
• Experience with partnership development and liquidity management.
