About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time Community Manager to strengthen the online presence of international brands in Madagascar. You will work on‑site in Antananarivo, shaping brand reputation and engaging audiences across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop and increase brand awareness for international brands on social media.
Monitor and protect the e‑reputation of assigned brands and organizations.
Create, animate, and retain online communities.
Conduct informational monitoring and market listening.
Track, evaluate, and report on the impact of communication actions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (minimum BAC+3) in communication, marketing, multimedia, or journalism.
At least 2 years of professional experience in communication, multimedia or marketing.
Strong passion for social networks and community engagement.
Excellent writing and editorial skills.
Creative mindset, autonomy, proactivity and ability to propose ideas.
