Compliance & Onboarding Officer (Legal & Financial)

About the role

TechWelt is looking for a highly analytical Compliance & Onboarding Officer to act as the gatekeeper for all new client and vendor partnerships. You will ensure that legal, financial and compliance standards are met before any service delivery begins.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline and finalize SLAs, NDAs and master vendor contracts.
• Cross‑reference executed agreements with internal finance protocols to verify payment terms, billing cycles and penalty clauses.
• Evaluate new vendors for operational compliance and alignment with service standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end client onboarding funnel, moving accounts from sales to operations only after all prerequisites are satisfied.
• Conduct regular audits of existing contracts, monitor renewal dates and trigger renegotiations.
• Develop standardized documentation templates and automated signing workflows.
• Maintain a secure, organized digital repository for all legal and financial agreements using SharePoint.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in legal administration, contract management and financial compliance.
• Proven experience with B2B service contracts (SaaS, IT operations, workforce solutions).
• Strong ability to translate legal language into operational requirements.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on clear, minimalist documentation.
