Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our growing Contact Center team. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle voice interactions, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and requests within defined service levels.
• Provide accurate information and solutions during each interaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams according to process guidelines.
• Document call details and resolutions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Maintain compliance with quality, security, and process standards.
• Adhere to schedule, productivity expectations, and performance targets.
• Participate in training and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in a contact‑center, BPO, or customer‑service role.
• Fluent or near‑native French proficiency and at least B1/B2 level English.
• Experience delivering voice‑based customer support.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and general computer systems.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on quality.
