Customer Service Representative – Voice Support (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused representatives to join our growing contact centre in Antananarivo. The role involves delivering high‑quality voice support in French and English, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and requests within defined service levels.
• Provide accurate information and solutions during each interaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues according to process guidelines.
• Document call details and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Maintain compliance with quality, security and process standards.
• Adhere to schedule, meet productivity targets and participate in training.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a contact‑center, BPO or customer‑service environment.
• Fluent or near‑native French and at least B1/B2 level English.
• Experience in voice‑based customer support.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with accountability.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and general computer systems.
