Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

MFT is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Sales Representative to join its Antananarivo office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear information about our technology products and services while supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Process orders, handle basic administrative requests, and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and follow up on sales leads.
• Assist with promotions and support the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and drive service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic sales skills, including negotiation and lead follow‑up.
• Clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Antananarivo and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Required skills
