Customer Support (Dutch & French)

About the role

Rinkel is looking for a bilingual Customer Support representative fluent in Dutch and French to assist entrepreneurs using its fixed‑to‑mobile telephony platform. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate the My Rinkel online environment and resolve issues across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and WhatsApp using the Intercom omnichannel system.
• Document every interaction and maintain accurate records in the support platform.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to the creation of FAQ content and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with technical, sales and product teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
• Assist in optimizing automated communications and internal processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Dutch and French, with excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and the ability to stay patient and positive under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of documenting interactions clearly.

Required skills

• Experience using Intercom or similar customer‑support platforms.
