Data Set Curator

About the role

We are looking for a Data Set Curator to design, maintain, and optimise high‑quality datasets for AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Model projects. You will work closely with data scientists, AI trainers and engineers to ensure datasets are accurate, unbiased and ready for model training.

Key responsibilities

• Curate, collect and structure datasets for AI/ML training.
• Validate dataset accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Annotate and label data according to project guidelines.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates and anomalies.
• Maintain metadata and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with AI trainers and data engineers to define dataset requirements.
• Ensure ethical sourcing and bias‑free datasets.
• Continuously monitor dataset quality and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in dataset curation, data analysis or data management.
• Experience handling large‑scale datasets for AI, ML or analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of dataset diversity, bias detection and metadata management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics) are a plus.
