Energy Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Energy Coordinator to join our team in Antananarivo. The role will oversee the planning and execution of energy solutions for telecom sites, ensuring reliable power supply throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and define energy requirements for telecom infrastructure.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for energy projects, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Monitor performance of power distribution and backup systems, organizing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare project reports, track KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on energy strategies to management.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in electrical, energy or telecom engineering (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, backup solutions and site electrification for telecom sites.
• Experience in project coordination within civil works, telecom or industrial energy environments.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, ISO 9001:2015 and environmental best practices.
• Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
