Entrepreneur in Residence – Build New AI Business

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new AI‑powered product or business vertical. You will act as a founder within the company, leveraging its AI infrastructure, engineering, design, and customer base to validate opportunities and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and scale a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Make data‑driven decisions and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive leadership.

• Willingness to wear multiple hats across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• AI‑native enthusiasm; prior startup experience is a plus.
