French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
