French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.
• Dedicated workspace with a reliable PC (i5 or higher) and internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
