French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers from Spanish-speaking regions, providing assistance through voice calls and live chat while ensuring every conversation feels professional, clear and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide users step-by-step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
