French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers from French- and English-speaking markets via phone and live chat, ensuring each contact feels professional, clear and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step and document interactions.
• Identify recurring problems, share feedback and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
