French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, clear, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
