French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will handle inbound voice calls and live‑chat inquiries from French‑ and English‑speaking customers, delivering friendly and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Diagnose customer issues, guide them through step‑by‑step solutions, and ensure resolution.
• Document all interactions in the ticketing system with clear notes.
• Identify recurring problems, share trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on product updates and priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
